In accordance with Article 10 of Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce, New Social Initiatives S.L. (hereinafter referred to as NEW SOCIAL INITIATIVES), in its capacity as owner of the website www.hotelaristoy.com, hereby informs you of the identification data required by the aforementioned Law:

The following information defines and regulates the conditions of use, limitations of liability and obligations that users of the website published under the domain name www.hotelaristoy.com accept and undertake to comply with.

Definitions

The “Site” refers to the domain www.hotelaristoy.com, which is available to all Internet users.

“User” refers to the natural or legal person who uses or browses the Site.

“Content” are the pages that make up the entire domain www.hotelaristoy.com, which make up the information and services that Nuevas Iniciativas Sociales makes available to Internet Users. Anyone who uses the Site, whether a natural person or a legal entity, becomes a User of the Site and therefore accepts, in full and without reservation, each and every one of the clauses and general conditions contained in the Legal Notice. If the User does not agree with the clauses and conditions of use of this Legal Notice, they should refrain from using the Site.

This Legal Note is subject to modification and updating, which means that the version published by Nuevas Iniciativas Sociales may be different each time the User accesses the Portal. Therefore, the User must read the Legal Notice each time they access the Site.

Through the Website, Nuevas Iniciativas Sociales provides Users with access to and use of various Content published on the Internet by Nuevas Iniciativas Sociales or authorised third parties.

Also, in accordance with all of the above, the User may not:

  • Reproduce, copy, distribute, make available or in any way publicly communicate, transform or modify the Content, unless they have the written and express authorisation of Nuevas Iniciativas Sociales, which is the owner of the corresponding rights, or unless this is legally permitted.
  • Delete, manipulate or in any way alter the copyright and other data identifying the rights reserved by Nuevas Iniciativas Sociales or its owners, the digital fingerprints and/or identifiers, or any other technical means established for their recognition.

The User shall refrain from obtaining or attempting to obtain the Contents through means or procedures other than those which, where applicable, have been made available for this purpose or which are indicated on the web pages where the Contents are found, or, in general, those which are normally used on the Internet for this purpose, provided that they do not entail a risk of damage to or disablement of the Site and/or the Contents.

Intellectual property

All trademarks, trade names or distinguishing signs of any kind that appear on the Site are the property of Nuevas Iniciativas Sociales or, where applicable, of third parties that have authorised their use, which means that the use of or access to the Portal and/or the Contents does not grant the User any rights over the aforementioned trademarks, trade names and/or distinguishing signs, and that none of the exploitation rights that exist or may exist over the said Contents may be considered to have been transferred to the User.

Likewise, the Contents are the intellectual property of Nuevas Iniciativas Sociales or, where applicable, of third parties, which means that the intellectual property rights belong to Nuevas Iniciativas Sociales or to third parties who have authorised their use, who have the exclusive right to exploit the same in any way they deem appropriate, and in particular the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly communicate and transform said Contents.

Unauthorised use of the information contained on this Site, as well as any infringement of the Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights of Nuevas Iniciativas Sociales or third parties who have provided content to this Site, will give rise to the responsibilities established by law. Hyperlinks

The only purpose of the Hyperlinks appearing on this Website is to inform the user of the existence of other Websites containing related information. These Hyperlinks do not constitute any kind of suggestion or recommendation.

Nuevas Iniciativas Sociales is not responsible for the contents of said linked pages, the operation or usefulness of the Hyperlinks or the results of said links, nor does it guarantee the absence of viruses or other elements in the same that may cause alterations to the user’s computer system (hardware and software), documents or files, and shall not be liable for damages of any kind caused to the user for this reason.

Access to the Site does not imply any obligation on the part of Nuevas Iniciativas Sociales to check for the absence of viruses, worms or other harmful computer elements. It will always be the User’s responsibility to ensure that they have the appropriate tools for detecting and disinfecting harmful computer malware. Given the dynamic and changing environment of the information and services provided through the Site, Nuevas Iniciativas Sociales makes its best effort to ensure but does not guarantee the complete veracity, accuracy, reliability, usefulness and/or timeliness of the Contents.

Limitation of Liability
